yeah, me too, bored big time. I feel like the whole world is on my shoulder. Wonder why this has started happening after i came to the US and it depresses the hell out of me.
Anyone having similar experiences?

well, I am one of those immensely bored people too ! May be we should form an association or something. Someone rightly said: depression kills a person. I guess my end is near too. help me someone. get me out of this depression for god sake!

I often feel depressed but can not be sure whether it is the usual form of depression medical people and psychiatrist talk about. Small things sum up to make the life a whole lot different. What I do when I feel one:
:Walk on and on, usually in busy streets!
:Read not only books but faces too! Look at the people and if they happen to throw a look, give a smile (although it is orchestrated one! ).
:Praise others or/and others work. Even if they are not worth giving a damn look, I praise them not in front of the creator but in front of others who criticize it! Whenever others comment about look of a person, I puzzle them by saying oh ….is beautiful!
:Broaden area of knowledge. Whatever I hear of, I go on digging that.
:Watch others indulged fighting. Sajha is one good place!
:Give others a hard time. Don't listen to others suggestion!

I am not only bored, I am angry. Every time I loose my temper I have been smashing glasses, plates, telephones and so on. I hope I am not seriously depressed. Help me plsss.

BORED???
I AM HELL FRUSTATED IN THE STATES...so i decided to give usa a name: United Suckers Assoc. :)
actually i have always been frustated out of my mind..i even tried reading a book called "theories of frustration" in high school..another frustration.. never finished it hah..
nways, the thing that really pisses me off is that from my childhood everyone used to say "sabbai kura thik huncha afai " (everything is gonna be all rite) whoever said that..HELL WITH YA..its been sixteen years.......and things still suck as ever!!
Last year, i happen to read this article on ENTROPY, now i am the biggest fan of this theory..cause it says..life only gets WORSE..entropy is the natural law of the universe..so naturally frustated me more!! The only thing that really soothes me when i am down is the mere words by a german friend of mine whom i happened to meet in NEPAL some years back.
I once shared my sentiments with him "I have very little shot at life, very little chance of doing or becoming anything. He responded with a smile "WEll, there are people who have ABSOLUTELY NO CHANCE"..it hit me hard! but hasn't really helped me
