Can anyone tell me how i can back up my hard drive without a cd -burner. I also dont have access to a network at this time. I am using 11 gigs of my total space.(most importantly,I have around 3 gigs of mp3s which i dont want to lose since audiogalaxy is of no more help and kazaa takes ages). Thanks for the help.

as far as i know, tho im not bright, there is no way to go around backing up your hard drive w/out networking or CD burners. why do you wanna backup now?

one option is trash your mp3s, wait for your internet jadaan, and then find them again in the net...audiogalaxy's down and out, but there's morpheus... dude, dump kazaa, morpheus' lot better. i know a site called myplay.com which has a HUGE space where you can store your countless mp3s (about 3 GB i think) so when you get your mp3s dump them there... the catch is, you dont have to download from that site, its MP3 streaming, baby.

so quit playing games and saying hatterika. say jai nepal or sumpnlikethat and give a smile. or grin, for that matter. adiosoida.

You can also get a cheap Hard drive or borrow one from someone or take it off of another pc if you have one. Slave this hard drive to your pc by removing your CD-ROM drive, set the jumpers properly to slave ( it will be marked on the hard drive) and Restart.
Now you should see both the hard drives. Start drag and drop or copy and paste all your MP3 files and important stuff. Reinstall operating system on your original hard drive and transfer all the data back from the Slave hard drive. What do you say.

I put a reply way back...but I don't know where it disappeared.

U can goto xdrive.com to get more storage. They have free plans also but if you pay certain monthly price, u can store upto 7 gigs.
Hope that helps.
