It is a very nice area where most of rich peple live in Nepal including Santa Kumar Mall, Shyam Bahadu Pandey, Gajanada vaidya, Manisha Koirala bought few ropani land and others. No polution, no water problem, no traffic noise, very good location. Price will be negotiable.
