I read the following news in nepalnews.com
In what may be seen as the height of irresponsibility, Netra Bahadur Karki, a police constable at the Tudaldevi police post in Bishalnagar raped a thirteen-year-old girl Saturday afternoon.
Karki stationed at the ward police office in Kamalpokhari and assigned on duty at the Tudaldevi police post, raped the girl inside the police post after gagging her. The girl had come to visit her sister and her brother in law who run a small teashop in the area.
Karki has been taken into custody for departmental action, police sources said.
