Has any of you had any experience in the last 2/3 months? How is the situation like? Any rejections? I am converting from F1 to H1. Please post if you had an experience or know of one. And what about Nepal? Is there a lot of fuss there?

Thanks.

I think now a days you will have to go to your home country for the H-1B stamping. If you have H-1B approval notice from INS , I guess it won't be any hassel to get stamping done in Nepal.

You need to go to Nepal only if denied in Mexico/Canada. Now you can not reenter USA without visa. I just wanted to know if anyone has gone to Juarez recently. I heard it is still going smooth but just wanted to learn about experiences. Please share...

Thanks.
