I found this article very interesting and useful eventhough article is very long, in a sense of "prime producers of labor" overseas by counrty such as Phillipines and other developing countries to collect good revenue by potential countrymen to develop their contry as well as best source of employment to countrymen. I hope readers, particularly Economists like it. Thanks to author, David Diamond.
