If u want to stay in Nepal or study in Europe, take nursing. Otherwise, if u want to try in America, take computer science, biotechnology, microbiology, business, anything related to these fields.

Physical therapy might be a quick and yet stable job to get. Paralegal, medical assistance are viable options. If you are asking about college study then go for IT related stuff or even, if you can, engineering. As somebody said earlier, a law degree or a medical degree is the highest paying job. If you are ready for a commitment, do medicine, give the residency test, score higher and your future is secure. But that takes a lot from you.

Ramesh Mitra I fix two criteria to select a discipline to get a job,,,, i) future applications,, ii) the number of candidates running into that field. So, choose a subject which has growing future applications and not much manpower in it. Remote sensing is the subject (very very very high tech) with growing applications and very few people in it,, but if u be back to nepal with that degree,, u might be on the street (hoos garnoo hai),,. Molecular biology and bio tech are also the sub with high applications. If u are working in the sector of NRM,, go for GIS courses. study the application aspects of software. u will for sure not end in a dead end street. My idea is u get into a field with which u can live a good life where ever on earth u go. So u suld go for advanced studies,, possible doctorate,, with that degree u will be able to live the best living standard of the country u work for,, its not wise to be country specific to build our career (at least not for me) gud luck sanjay

If you are already in US and researching for the right careerpath than that is the best In the mean time do not rule out other possibilities. May be take a course at BARTENDING. Very Lucrative job. If you are customer service oriented and has personality to put up with any type of people, this is also not a bad option. For example, I bartend too and so does one of my friends. He works at a Ritz Carlton. Ona bad day he brings home $250-300 and on a good day he easily makes $ 600. I am talking about 8 hrs a day and 4 days a week. The most important thing is ' Aanfule pani bela belama Chuski lagauna paincha. taste garya bhannu parcha. Ani kahile kahi Chwak maiyaharu aayo bhane " this is on me " bhanera phakauna pani paincha. Tyo bhanda ramro ta kahi maile ta kehi dekheko chaina Ba. This is America. Yes, Doctors and lawyers make money , but also Bartenders too. On top of that it might be little hard for the docs and attorneys to get laid, but the bartender won't have to worry about Dating. " Ajingar ko ahara Daiba le puryaucha". Wish you all the best. PEACE...............................
