Being in foreign land, I miss Nepali food. So I learnt how to cook this summer. One site that helped me a lot was http://www.food-nepal.com
CHECK it out! It has tons of recipes. English - Nepali Dictionary for food , etc etc

Check out it's 15 minute NEPALI recipe section. You can cook DAL BHAT in 15 minutes.

Oh boy, the things people do to promote their sites....
That site has good content and is a nice site. I wish they didn't try to get people to visit by faking different names...
