So many times I've heard people say 'That's so Nepalese'. or 'Nepali Buddhi', etc.
What are some stereotypical traits of Nepalis? (Besides the humorous top 10's) It would be interesting to know.

When you see somebody who loves his/her country more than his/her heart (more than a gf/bf) must be a Nepali. Feeling of patriotism and unity two biggest characteristics/traits of Nepali :) Do you think this is stereotype?

1. Likes to chow on momos (esp those juicy pork momos at a chiniya restaurant).
2. Likes to emulate Heavy Metal Artists
3. Likes to show off Doc Martins.
4. Favorite cologne: CK One
5. Mostly likely graduates in 6/7 years.
6. Most likely the oldest student/graduate - but behaves like a teen.
7. Mapai attitude.
8. Thinks singing a sentimental song and play few guitar notes will get him a date (ofcourse only a nepali girl "may" fall for that)
9. Typical drinks cheap beer and puts on that dal bhunde in no time.
10. Likes to eat desi/nepali food 3 times a day.

MadMax,
Again, you are starting the thread of “15 ways to identify Nepalese people” or much similar. I think James didn’t initiate this to have us list Nepalese litmus test. I might be wrong. :)
