Hello Catmandogal and other friends, Sorry that this past week was too busy for me --at office, at ghar and at my language classes. Ke garne? To many things to do, and too little time. Yestai cha jindagi. Anyway, I am almost done writing a report of Bichalit Bartaman, and will post it soon, in co-ordination with Amar Gurung, who, as you now, has volunteered to be the the Web Master. Thank you for your encouragement and patience. Meantime, have you all been following -- on the Web -- all the reports, essays and editorials re: Bichalit Bartaman that have appeared in various newspapers? Amar and I are working on getting all that published stuff on BB's Web site. Will keep you all informed via this site. Nepdude, on a lighter note, though I remain happy and productive, I am single :-) And as a male, I find it normal to have female friends -- even cyber ones whose identities I do not know -- without taking such friendships as some quasi-relationships. You know, there are many, many smart, interesting and impressive Nepali women -- both single and married -- all over the world who, I am sure, can be good, strong friends with like-minded Nepali males and other males, without necessarily getting into, well, relationships and all that jazz. Kaso? Have a great week-end everyone. To relax on this lazy non-rainy Saturday, I am off, with friends, to see the Himalayan Expo at Vrikuti Mandap today, and then on to watch Santosh Panth's Gai Jatra karya-kram at the Academy Hall (or is that at Rastriya Sabha Griha) this evening. Should be fun. More later, oohi ashu ktm, nepal
