Is anybody familiar with this section of DV 2004 Application.: The applicant must personally sign the application using his or her usual and customary signature in the native language, regardless of whether the entry is prepared and submitted by the applicant or others. The signature must be the same as it would appear on official documents. If you use the Roman alphabet and it is not your native alphabet, you must also sign in your native alphabet. DO NOT use initials or block printing. Question : 1} What I need to do, I mean about signature. Since, I have my signature in English(Roman), do I am require to sign both in Nepali and English. 2} what is usual and customary sign? Pls advice

' If you use the Roman alphabet and it is not your native alphabet, you must also sign in your native alphabet' So, the reasoning asks for you to sign it as the way you'd sign a document in Nepali language(if that happens to be your native language, of course).

You just have to sign the way you signed your Passport. The reason is, they want to confirm that signature with the documents you will be bringng as a proof of your identitiy, during Green Card interview (if you are selected). By the way, people! REMEMBER THAT NOW YOU NEED TO SUBMIT PHOTOS OF EACH FAMILY MEMBERS ,IN YOUR APPLICATION. Thus your application needs at least 3 pictures, one for yourself, one for your dad and one for you mom. More, if you have other siblings.
