If the contents are in VCD format, then you should be able to play it with any MPEG software as Windows Media Player (download from microsoft.com if you don't have one). That's all you need to play a VCD in computer, unless if you want to make it look even better by adding MPEG accelerate card.
If you don't have any luck doing that, goto www.xingtech.com and download Xing mpeg player. That should help.
