guys i got some cd from nepal, they are cd version compact disc recordable and i couldn't open them, any body have some clue, how can i excess?

What is CD version of compact disc? and what do you mean by you couldn't open them? Do you mean you cannot open the box or what? comeon dude, be specific.
by the way, if you wanna run VCD in the computer (thats what i guessed from the title of your thread), just place cd in the cd-rom--close cd rom--click start (lower left corner of the computer monitor)---click 'Run'---click browse---click drop down menu in 'look up' in "browse" window-- find [D:]--- click the thing you wanna watch and watch it. By the way you need Media Player to watch it. it is usually in start>>program>>accessories>> entertaintment>>media player. if not, down load it from some download site.

hey soulfree. got some nepali vcd eh.. and you don't know how to open it..
here is how you open it..just like the other guy said.. you go to my computer, then browse your D drive or whatever drive your cd is in. and after that check for Mpegav folder. double click on that.. and there will be a file inside. ..that is the file you gotta double click on.. and most probably there will be a pop up window that will say OPen this file with.. and of course you need media player. .or some other program ..dont' ask me their names cuz i haven't used them in years. and moreover you get those programs only in nepal.. cuz i haven't seen any of them over here..
