Well, Guru ji, after reading the hot news in KOL I was so mad and "aakha nai dekhina" because personally I knew Debendre from very close distant in my college life.
In fact, I am not racist- the big prove is that I myself is bahun (my mother is not)....But, I hate these bastards who are poor quality/ ghatiya bahuns..........Though, I know what you are trying to suggest me so I changed my posting as follows:

Dear AC,
I appreciate your prompt response. You are jehendar and I take your
earlier posting happened primarily because of dark side of our Nepali SANSKAR.
That sanskar made us negligent when we are either in too excitement or in full anger
(even among educated mass).
I am very much sure that this posting will remind you and you will avoid it in future.
Good citizens learn from mistake, lets avoid such mistakes in future too.
At least we educated should do it. I suggest you to post the 2nd image file
under new thread, and it will protect you from some peoples who read
only the first image file, and don't read the corrections. Lets abandon this
thread, and start new, of course, the first one with the 2nd picture file.
If we leave current thread here, it will diffuse your mistake, because being
short thread, people will read your original picture file and corrected file.
That leaves no scar on you.

Still so may FATAHA,GHUSYAS are behind the scene. After restoring the democracy in Nepal almost leaders and their DHUPAURE like Devendras are intentionally pushing the nation towards hell. The thing only remain so far is to hang the board saying that "the country is on sale".And I am sure their ultimate goal might be like that.We know about Govinda R Joshi, Bijaya Gachhedar, Khum Bahadur and so many others how corrupted they are? Still it is not known to us about their wives,( because most of them are having more than one ) sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, nephews, nieces and cousins KATI KUMLYAYA, KATI KUMLYAYA JANTA RA SARKAR KO PAISA.
Before getting the portfolio they start to think about corruption and KAMAUNE THAU. I am agree with you DUBAUNE BHAYA BHATE HARULE PRABHU !!!! I think other puppets and DALALS are now will be started to do groupism in their favour.BICHARA NEPALI JANTA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are pretty much familiar with this type of sentiment. You can not send him in a Gas Chambe whatsoever. You are the looser indeed. You are an utter failure indeed. He did his work and the system could not stop him to do any bad. He did his "Karma". What's wrong with that?
Karod rupee does not matter, there are other thousands of people who does misuse of authority. If there is overwhelming support for anti-curruption in Nepal, the system will be changed and the law enforcement will be established in a respective manner. Keep it up Wagle Bandhu.
You have a schoolarship from Nepal government to be an engineer, but you never go back to Nepal to serve Nepalese people in Nepal. What is that? Can CIAA make resolution to solve this type of "Curruption"?
