Hi Guys,

Please share your information regarding the Green Card Process. Since, the payments are all under self-finance, Could you recommend a few INS Lawyers who charge reasonable fees? Thanking you in advance...

First step is to get labor certification. There's such a stupid law about DOL.

"If the foreign employee is already in the position being advertised, DOL regulations do not permit him/her to use experience gained on the job to satisfy job requirements. "

Can't use current experience ,and this is the first job I have right after the school. Some layers say I can't get labor certification approved even if I remain in the same position for another 10 or 15 yrs.

Any of you gone through this kind of situation? Please give me an idea?

If you are in MD...DC...VA..area it is not diffcult for you to get good INS Lawyers. Right now the total cost of legal fee (from labor certification to approval of green card) is about $4000-6000 in market. But you should expect seperate INS fee.
