Hey, does anyone have information on ease/difficulty of obtaining visas in KTM these days? How hard is it to get an H4 visa for your spouse if you have an H1? Any information on required documents would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sherpa dai,if u have H1 visa,then it is very easy to bring the spouse.As far as I know,they won't reject .Even I bought my spouse in H4 visa.It's the most easy way to bring spouse here in US.

even your spouse does not have to go for an interview if it's second time for revalidationl. You can drop your and your spouse passport and receipt, and application to Nabil at Kantipath (old yellow Pagoda Hotel). very easy. good luck. ture
