Armymen involved in extortion bid Post Report KATHMANDU, Aug 31 In a case straight out of celluloid screen, five persons, including at least two army jawans, fell into the police dragnet on Saturday evening the moment they were about to take the extortion amount from a businessman in the capital. They had issued threats to either shell out Rs. 500 thousand or face the consequences. Following this the businessman, who has been identified as Raj Kumar Sharma, had agreed to pay the required amount and had even turned up at Babar Mahal with cash before the police in plain clothes swooped down and arrested the four after firing at them on legs. While Tej Bahadur Lama, Arjun Giri, Sharma and Navaraj Karki have moved to the army hospital, Rukundra Ranamagar is cooperating with the police in investigation. Army sources have confirmed the involvement of the jawans in question. Fearing panic among the pedestrian at the busiest intersection near the District Administration Office (DAO), the security personnel had opened fire from pistols fitted with silencers.

Ignorance is such a bliss, DWI. Obviously you are not aware of the rampant corruption (monetary and otherwise) inside the RNA. I am not talking about these two jawans, tho.
