The most ghusiya of Nepal are definately certain(but many) memebers of the Police force, I also feel they are the least principled in the sense of morality. They vow to fight/ punish those who break the law...however, they are the ones who encourage crime.
No need to blame the drug dealer and pimps, they are just trying to solve the supply side of the market , be it drug or sex!
However, if you have a problem with drugs and sex workers cirulating in our society or even being exported abroad, then the police force is definately to be blamed. They take money from the pimps/ dealers, and give them access to cross borders/ deal within the cities.
They also run a large extortion ring, basically it goes like this, the cops go to the neighborhoods/ gangs whom they know engage in illegal activity, then they ask for $$$, and every month they require a certain percentage, and that would be the protection of these illegal business do-ers.
Can you imagine the cops are paid by our tax money to protect us (read: innocent nepali 13 year girl), and instead they ask the pimps to pay the police off, so that the sex trade will be protected by the police instead!!!(read : cop hels the pimp to traffic 13 year old).
Certain police officers receive fat envelopes filled with money on a regualr basis, and any other godd that the smuggler he/she may protect , (for tax exemption) are all free the " Hamro Rakshak Poolice Sahib haru"!!!!
