It is good to see interest in the situation of Nepali men and women in Bangkok Prisons. As discussed in various postings and personal e-mails ... I cannot assure anyone of the guilt or innocense of these men. That is the duty of a court. Unfortunately, without attention of a lawyer, embassy official .. or even an interpreter ... these people will stand for the duration of the trial and get a sentence ( LIFE without possibility of parole ). They will only get their notification, when the commandante comes with the leg chains and a new address at Bangkwang. I URGE, plead, with you to read my postings on Hari B. Gurng at : http://www.directcon.net/baparks/ptet/trials/guruhari.htm Hari's his case partner is Pore Ghaley. This is all I have on him. http://www.directcon.net/baparks/ptet/trials/ghalpore.htm Another case that MAY have already gone to trial is Ang Kami Lama Read his story at .. http://www.directcon.net/baparks/ptet/trials/lama-ang.htm ... and YES, I have met most of these men during three visits to Bangkolk Unless many of you call the Nepal Embassy, here in the USA and Bangkok ( as well as whatever your curent country) ... these men will not have a chance. Think about it ... ! A full set of phone numbers is at : [http://www.bangkwang.net/nepal/name_1.htm] I will make some other posts later. Lets focus on this one To be added to the alert list .. please reply to this posting. There WILL be an article in the Nepli Times tomorrow ... look for it. Ben Parks ... California
