This is my second attempt to post my poem here and I am still rookie in this field. If you see any errors, please correct and read;)
No Escape
------------
I must escape
from this deplorable calamity.
I must survive
from this weaponry rivalry.
The swarm of bullets pierced
many valiant hearts,
Bombarding deafened
many feeble ears,
Missiles struck on
many skyscrapers,
Gush of flame
poisoned the air.
I could see in all eyes
and hear in all cries -
the terrors and horrors,
a dreadful sense of
sheer disbeliefs,
a brutal obliteration of
human beings.
I must escape
from this appalling demolish.
Life means lot to me.
Darkness fell across the land,
Mist of dust swelled up around,
The whole earth quivered,
The dead bodies mounded,
The whole world mourned,
I was still striving for survival
amongst these rivals.
I rushed, ran, and ran.
I saw fences everywhere.
I saw cannons pointed
at me everywhere,
I saw hungry hyenas waiting
for their preys everywhere.
Finally,
I became fatigued,
My motion got decelerated,
Legs got paralyzed,
and the whole body tumbled down.

Rusty bro, the more i read your stuff, the more inspired i become to change my major yet again ;) please don't inspire more ;) ehehe....mm i wonder where my free time has gone.........i seem to be so busy, yet i don't get anything done............and i do things in my own time........perhaps there's no escape............jus build our own prison.....

Thunder boomed in my feeble ears,
erupted into lighting bolts
of wrath and revulsion.
I woke up from my bereaved soul.
My essence still had gulp of air
So, here I am to tell
you the story:)
Thanks for your admiring comments:) BTW, dinosaurs technically are not extinct b/c you can still see them in universal studio...LOL..Just kidding. The fact is - they have left living descendants in the form of cockatoos and cassowaries.
