Milan Gurung arrested
Police Monday arrested an absconding Milan Gurung alias "Chakre" from a snooker hall in Maharagjung, police said.
Gurung went into hiding more than one year after a murderous attack on Dr.Capt.Rajib Shahi in the capital.

Oh that Milan??? I guess, he used to live in Kuleshwor...later on moved to Sitapaila.... Isnt he a son of police office?

Is that "THAT" milan? and by the way, are they still around, creating news??? Damn, I thought I left kathmandu a long time ago. By the way, there was Milan chakre, milan Sexy, and Milan from kalimati. I don't know which milan this Milan was... was he really a Milan chakre? Milan chakre was from chakrapath or something, right?.
I was just amazed that these guys are still makin' news.....!!!

anh yo milan chakre chahi chakrapath ko ho.. last year rajib shahi lai khukuri ho ki k samatera lakhateko thiyo re..euta health club ma.. tyo june 2001 agadi ho ki tyaspachi ho birsey.. kina bhanne kura am not sure .. maile sunna ta suneko thiye tara birsey.. ani rajib shahi lai marna ateko le. police ra army were in search of milan chakre. first he went to india ani tyaspachi bangkok ho ki kaha ho. i don't know when he came back to nepal. suttuka ayo jasto cha kina bhane milan farkeko halla chahi chalena. well now he is caught. i don't know if it's good news or not. Since milan is no more i mean he would have a hard time getting out of jail even though he knows all the politicians in nepal.. i would say all cuz that is one reason he was freely roaming the streets of kathmandu before the rajib shahi incident. he was even planning to run for parliament but unfortunately last year's incident foiled his plan. Since milan won't be the dada anymore, small time guys would try to surface up ya know what i mean .so i don't know if milan getting caught is a good idea. there are other dadaz like milan sexy from baneshwor, raju gorkhali from bouddha, deepak manangi from thamel.. but milan chakre always stood out . incase you didn't know he had a mercedes benz and he bought it thru hafta from the business ppl in chakrapath. interesting i would say.
well that is that. hopefully no other dadaz will try to go after any royal family member again for their end won't be far if they try it.
well ya know kathmandu ma dada haru hunu pani ek kisim le thikai ho. control bhanne cha k. euta thau ko manche haru aru thau ma gayera atanka machhauna sakdainan all because of these dada cuz they have their territory. but however they misuse the power they have- killing ppl often and sometimes vandalizing ..
that is life i guess.

dada girism rules in Nepal. It's good Mr chakre got caught. But Sadly he had to threaten the royalties b4 the government actually did anything. Had Mr shahi been a regular janata, chakre ji would still be driving his mercedes, with yet one more victim on his list.
What is the state of dada girism in Nepal? did chakre really buy the mercedes thru the hafta? Does anyone here know anymore about chakre's background? I have heard there is a dada in Balaju who actually walks around with a sharp naked sword on his back. Reminds me of the goondas in the Hindi movies. There was a time when all the dadas in Ktm used to be pokhara, and most of them lahure sons. The likes of 'Panche' and so on. Is that still the case?
lets hope more of these goondas are taken care of before they they attack another member of the royal family.

I don't like it ...... Milan Chakre .... the Nepali Gabbar Singh .... Still remember how I used to pee in my Dora kattu at the mere mention of "Chakray"s name ...... yes even at the tender age of 21 .......
Though he terrorised many a manly man, I think his capture is sad. Now we can't threaten others "Oway I know Chakre, he's my dai ....... thagchas malai"

can anyone post milan's pic? and also pics of others goonda's from baneshwor, thamel etc. This is the best way to bring the rest of them to justice.

What the hell you talking about Sumanim ...... has anyone dared to look the devil in the eyes ...... Chakre is cold and dangerous than Kobayashi (if you don't know who he is .... watch Usual Suspects ) ...... merely posting in this topic sends chills thru my 80 yrs old spine (if I have any) and ofcourse the leaky thingy down there doesn't help ......
