A senior minister was quoted as saying: "I am ready to face punishment if anyone proves that I have been involved in corrupt practices". Many people say similar words when they are asked about their involvement in wrong practices.
The first thing, proving such corrupt practices are near to impossible. Suppose it is proved, is the punishment 'a choice' for those corrupt leaders that they are ready to face punishment? What if they are not ready? Bhate haru... desh dubayera chhode....
