Seems like they need to improve on their customer service. They need to be more responsive to their customer needs. They need to chase the customers but I experienced that I had to chase them. Anyways, please let us know if anyone else has brought tickets from them. It would be helpful. Thanks LoGin

Nepalisite, you wrote "That travel agent is one of the sponsor of the site." Which site are they sponsoring, can you make that clear?

They are advertising at Nepalisite.com. We have been getting lots of responses thru the site. People have bought the tickets too. From Oct12th till Nov15th the response time will be within 48 hrs. Some of the deals--- One of my friend bought a ticket to Nepal by Quatar Airlines/Airways---for $1400 for month of October... Through this agent on Nepalisite--$1050... Thank you. ----If you knwo any other good deals let me know...

On my last two visits, I used Maryland ko Peaceland Travels which is owned by a Nepali. I have been very pleased with its service. The staff are very prompt and pleasant to deal with. You can get good deals on Cathay Pacific and Korean Air. Fares may not be the cheapest available but they are competitive and both airlines are good, I liked Cathay better.
