Everytime I log into the Internet, I log into gbnc.org
Somebody help me. I am addicted to it.
San, Can you please Ban me??
(san and ban, does that rhyme or what???

Here's a surefine cure for you:
On any version of Windows 9x/2000/XP, click on the start button, then select Run.
on the Open: window, type in Format C: /u and then press the OK button.
What this will do is format your computers's hard disk and immediately put an end to your ability to access gbnc.org.
Disclaimer: the above advice has been know to erase everything from the hard drive !!

Yah! I like that one San Man Ban This fan. Me too please San dai,
I started visiting this site in August, actually I was searching for Nepalese organizations in America and I landed up here. I liked it and now I am also addicted to it. Why? is this San dai's mistake , Yes! pakkai pani ho.
I think the addction becomes stronger once one starts posting and replying and startin a thread. Again a humane trend. Missing sajha is miserable, suffering unspeakable.
If one just reads than it is not as miserable as otherwise, I assume, as I never tried.
Any cure? No way . No one dare to invent such a thing, for he will get addicted too.
The only possible cure ,go to a place where there is no computer ,laptop, PDA or such, bottomline -No internt access.
Is that possible? I do not think so. It is worse that any addiction known to human beings.
Hence hey addict !! just suffer and suffer and suffer and suffer and suffer...............And The END, space, darkness .................PEACE

By the way, I can hardly reply from my school. They have disabled cookies. One cannot enable cookies. But the worst thing is that, I found couple of computers, which had cookies enabled... . Jai raam ji ki!!

I started chatting at e-nepal.com and what not about 4 years ago.... I was addicted to it. I moved to nepalnews.com... i chatted... i was happy i got rid of my addiction at e-nepal and other chatroom's... but i suffered from new addiction... nepalnews.com... I was addicted to nepalnews.com also. and I found gbnc.org... i stopped chatting at nepalnews.com... but now i am stuck here.... help... !!
i'm going down, won't you help me?

a month ago, having realized that I was hooked on to Sajha, I did think about seeking help ,like you think you are doing now.
Sorry, my word were not helpful, but I was not trying to help anyway; for I do not have that capability.
I have smoked for the last 20 years and I have tried to quit three times in the past, wihout any success.
But this time, it has been 3 weeks I have not smoked and I am serious about quitting.Hence, I am committted to quitting.
May be that is what we are lacking Commitment, But why to commit to avoid something that is harmless, hoina ra? Except it takes away a little time of my life, which I enjoy a lot. one time to live , why not enjoy it? Hence the pessimism, Kaso?
May be not seeing a solution, I sounded pessimistic, even though I always like to see the glass half full rather than half empty. La ta!

You just awake, your eyes are still shut
Still cant quite focus, still draggin your butt
You know you need coffee, can taste that first sip
You wait for the maker and put the mug to your lip
You boot up your 'puter, you click that icon...
Can't keep from grinning, you're really turned on!
When the voice says "Welcome", your heart skips a beat!!
You know your addicted ... all the friends that you'll meet.
And then you see it, you wait with a stare....
The mail box lights up!! "You've got mail" waiting there!!
OH, what a feeling!! You look with delight!
You hoped you'd have mail and you knew you were right!!
So you go thru the mail knowing this is the "Best"..
Reading this reading that ... as you go thru the rest.
Some you give the "delete" key, others get your first click
You know you must hurry, you gotta be quick!
It is then that you hear it, you can't wait to see
Your heart gets a flutter, who's name will it be?
And then there it is, covering part of the screen
The sweet little sound ... Oh, you know what that means!!!
"Quick mail check" you promised, you said in your mind.
But you just got an IM and your pressing for time!
You know that you want to and respond you will
So you stop what your doing and go for the thrill!
You "LOL" and "BRB", give kisses and Hugs...
You type and send words, refilling your mug
You give your good friend your attention and time
So that quick little mail check turns to hours online!
