This is a short tale on homeless kids wondering in the streets of Kathmandu left to survive on their own. These are the less privileged youth that need support in any means from people like you and me who don't sleep on cold, concrete footpaths, or eat from dumpsters to feed hungry stomach. These are kids left in the gutters of the society to become good citizens of Nepal. Can we as responsible human beings come together and show them an ounce of hope?
http://thamel.com/ will be feeding the homeless kids on 13th, 14th and 15th of October. If you want to volunteer to co-ordinate this event, please send your emails to info@thamel.com
How can you help?
This is NOT a pledge for financial contribution. We simply want you to listen to their stories and see if you get inspired to help them further in any means. Since Dashain is around the corner, if you are in Ktm and have one of many toys hiding in your room or one of many clothes that have not been worn we encourage you to come to the venue and donate to these kids.
We hope people who go through these pages will create more and more Dr. Rauniars that have genuine interest to contribute to develop a better society.
