President Bush addresses the nation on Iraq.
He said "Saddam Hussein is a homicidal dictator". After Sept 11, Hussein have been celebrating the attact on America. Iraq has trained Al-Qaeda in bomb-making. Iraq may attemt cruel and desperate measures.
