There she was again, bhogate ko bot najik and there he was Sunnaran ko aankhijhyal ma. Bekhalal couldn't figure out exactly why he wants what he wants (champa) but he knew he wants her. What Bekha did not know then was it was Champa who was leading the way not him. Neither Bekha nor Champa were in their teen years but felt they 're. Champa's brother used to show video in his basement (chhidi) and Bekha was a regular darshak there. Probably the most loyal viewer. Jun video herna gayeni Bekha was there. Later, Sunnaran le swattai kura chwayo..it was Champa not the damn movies Bekha was more interested in. Sunnaran's house was just accross Champa's. So, Bekha's friendship with sunnaran was also on rise those days. Aankhijhyal was like a tinted window. Bekha could see every move Champa made but neither Champa nor her family could see Bekha behind that aankhijhyal. However, Champa knew Bekha watches her through that aankhejhyal and just that thought would make her "pulakit". When Bekha came out of the "love story" video show, he noticed Champa gham tapera basira first time in a special way- a romantic way. When she shyly smiled at him, he thought Champa too is no less beautiful than bijeta pandit. He wished he too was handcuffed with Champa. After that smile, Bekha started to visit her house regularly to see video. He didn't care (except for sholay) what was the movie her brother was playing but he cared enough to let his eyes and imagination to play with Champa. Bekha was spending his aalo, kauli, chamsur, palungo bechya paisa like crazy on video (Champa). kahile sunnaran ko barima, kahile pati ma, kahile mandir chheuma Champa and Bekha would bump into each other and express their love mainly thru eyes then with smile and thru few words. Bekha used to sing, "hum bane tum bane ek duje ke liye" if he felt safe to do so while passing thru Champa's galli. Once sunnaran teased Bekha looking at Champa who was again enjoying the sun ghuda samma fariya sarera tel laudai by a bhogateko bot, "bholi byan euta bhogate jhari ra re chha bhane...bhanthan Champa will be yours for good". Bekha just laughed at Sunnaran but he definately wanted a bhogate to fall by the next morning. Rati pani Bekha sochi rahyo...bhogate jharla ta? Bihanai Bekha reached Sunnaran's house. Nabhandai, euta bhogate ta jhari ra re chha. Bhogate jhari sakya bhe ni things didn't work out well for Bekha and Champa. Champa's brother, Buddha, banned Bekha when he started to notice Champa giving a solid muskan to Bekha. Buddha also was hearing gai gui in the tole. So, tragedy was looming for Bekha and Champa. Bekha was getting more impatient. He wanted Champa. "Bijuliko lampha suna meri Champa..." Bekha could be heard singing often looking at Champa's galli. Actually that stinky gally to Champa's house had no name earlier but now it was a manmohak Champa galli for Bekha. One late magh ko sanjh aila le tateko jyan liyera Bekha reached Sunnaran's house. Sunnaran was in his ghar pachhadiko bari. Bekha reached him. Champa was looking through her boorja and saw sunnaran and "her" Bekha there. She was not sure what it was but something triggered waves of "samarpan" inside her for Bekha. She came down. Crossed the galli and reached at the bari where sunnaran and Bekha were talking. Sunnaran with a smile, after a minute or two, left Bekha and Champa there ALONE and went inside his house. As Bekha was trying to describe his feeling Champa suddenly said, "malai timro bachha ko aama banaideu@...ani hamro bya hunchha". Bekha was stunned. He was not ready yet for such a provocative invitation .... Bekha thought, "I have heard this dailogue before...but where?....oh! yes...hindi movies...". He just stood there unable to act on anything. He looked at Champa there in that darkening sanjh. He saw Champa was there right in front of him with her madak nayan and open invitation. He thought , "Champa le ta Minachhi lai pani math garchhe". Bekha's head was spining fast. He didn't know how to respond or better yet execute Champa's provoking invitation. Bekhako chhati futla jasto bhaisakya thyo with excitement and confusion. "Herdai jau", he thought and grabbed Champa's hand to seize the moment. Champa muskaudai moved back. They entered the sunnaran's pitch dark stairwell-chhidi. Raksi le rankeko Sunnaran was having hard time in keeping up with yauban le rankeki Champa..andhyaro ma kehi nadekhini....chham chham chhum chhum nai dher. Just then he heard sunnaran calling on him from buigal jhyal, "ye Bekha..". Poor sunnaran thought Bekha and Champa are still out there in his bari under this dark cold evening. Bekha and Champa both paused. Hearing no response, sunnaran came down to second floor. Champa panicked, gathered herself and got out of the door. Now, Bekha got really mad at sunnaran. "Chhimmaye...." he cursed sunnaran in his frustration but in a low voice. Bekha just stood there. Sunnaran thought, "Bekha gayo jasto chha bhandai-nabhani..." then he again went up to his buingal. As soon as Sunnaran reached buigal he saw the lady coming in through the door. Allright! Bekha said to himself, "yahi dhoka pachhadi lukera baseki rai chhe ni champa..la hera malai ke thah". So, as soon as "his Champa" got in the chhidi, he grabbed her and picked him where he had left few moments ago. "Ya baaaaa..." the lady screamed. Bekha sanna bho. It was Sumitra, sunnaran's sister, not Champa. "Besh..ka...." Bekha heard Sunnaran saying when he dragged him out. **** @ Champa's "malai timro bachha ko aama banaideu..." spread like a wild fire next day in the tole.

guess whos back back again Deep is back tell a friend guess who's back... guess who's back... guess who's back... guess who's back... It's good to see that Deep is back with his manmohak stories. I have to confess, when I have time, I usually just scan Kurakani topics and move on to chat room. But when I see that Deep has posted his katha, I have to stop and read it, all the while chuckling to myself quietly. Deep, you should consider compiling all these stories into a book. With proper editing, I don't see why you can't be next Samrat, or even better. All the best. Sangey.

Oys, ma ta oys le gaule lai bewasta garya dekhara "kya boring" bhanthani ra ta....thanks bro! Sakshi, Thanks for your words. I hope you will continue to read me. Sangey, My god! I guess you had a good dashain. You are so liberal in encouraging me. "Deep, you should consider compiling all these stories into a book. With proper editing, I don't see why you can't be next Samrat, or even better. All the best. " Sangey, When I am bored or under too much pressure at work, I come to Sajha and start writing something (I don't even know if should call my writings "stories" or not. I, at least, do not want to offend any "aadarniya kathakarharu"). As soon as I am done I submit my writing here in Sajha. Usually, I start typing my thought right here in this message box and click submit message box once I enter the final period. I rarely try to edit. Most of my so-called stories are straight from my memories. I tried to write as fast as I can to keep up with past scenes. So, I agree my writings need serious edits. As I wrote above, I usually type my "stories" right here in this Sajha message box. I have not saved (except for one or two) what I have posted here. So, if I decide to compile the stories that I have written, I have to rely on Sajha archive. Je hos, I sincerely thank you, Sangey, for your encouraging words.

Deep-ji, Anyatha maannu bho justo cha tapailey. Merai sabda haru ko kamjori ho. By "with proper editing" I did not mean your writing is flawed or needs re-writes. Book ma compile garda edit ta garna pari halcha, as prints cannot be as free-flowing as web posting. Tyahi matra bhaneko ho. Man ma thes parey, maafi pau hai. Sangey.
