Namaste to all my nepalese folks. And if i may go right to the point, i am desperately seeking some fruitful suggestions regarding graduate course in civil engineering in the US. Sure, there are lots of colleges, however the prestigious ones or even the relatively better ones are pretty much out of reach beacuse of the costs. Nonetheless, there are so many of us( us excludes me ;) ) nepalis enrolled in such institutions. if you are one of the fortunate ones, will you be kind enough to suggest me measures i could take? or even share the measures you took ?
Actually, i am seeking such suggestions for my brother. He graduated 2 years ago from nepal engineering college and has been working in some hydro project in nepal since 12-14 months. I have been living in newyork for quite a while now but somehow
i am as clueless in finding keys to those ivy league doors as he probably is in nepal.
your concrete and specific suggestions could build not only my brother's, but other aspiring nepalese's future .
