Someone here just accused me of raping a Nepali woman.
I am shocked and flabbergasted by the accusation.
Ths is a serious charge.
This is NOT funny.
How do you as the Web master expect me -- someone who posts in his own name and has an identifiable Web persona -- to handle this kind of rubbish against me in this
public domain?
Please advise.

I request you that please keep my posting which confronts with another poster in this sajha dot com. If it is a free and fair confrontation with any one, it is legitimate to keep it in as it is. Please do not remove my posting. The MP is must my short name, if you want me to post with a full name, I will, but it is someone's choice. Isn't it freedom of choice?
What Ashu had deserved, he got an answer. that's all. In this point, I never spell the name of the imminent victim of that "Grand Design". The "Design" was made in Somerville, MA. All right, Folks.

What can I say?
Then again, on a positive note, it's good to be dealing with these kind of anonymous characters without getting fazed in return.
That's because there are many such people in Nepal -- people who will write nasty things against you in newsapers, gossip maliciously, sabotage friendships and many more.
The point is: Not to ignore them.
But to be never. never be afraid of their malice, and get on with life in all its glory.

I agree with Ahsu to erase the other thread. By law everyone is innocent until proven guilty. MP firstly you cannot accuse someone on a public forum. and if your proof is just "grand design in somerville" than you cannot even do it in a court of law. If Ashu takes you to court than you might be in big trouble, and if you do prove yourself right than too you would be in trouble coz u knew of it and u kept silent. Everyone would question you as they are doing to Girja "what the heck were u doing than". well Girja said sorry but I don't know what you plan on doing. I live in Somerville too but I have never heard of a Grand Design. Well you may call be ignornant. As a friend I suggest you let this thread and the other thread be erased from the web. You could start another thread with the same topic. I don't know if you guys have personal issues but making serious accusiations because of that reply is ridiculous. Well I don't know Ashu at all outside of sajha, but from what I know he contributes a lot to this site. I remember there were users looking for him when they didn't get his articles for a long time. I guess he was on vacation. I am not taking any sides but just writing what I feel. If you guys have personal issues resolve it outside of a public forum. We don't need to know what goes on in your personal lives.

Why did you change your color? Does it suit you? You were ready to defend someone who had deserved for chanllenging someone's feeling and safety concern? What do you see in his reaction? Was that the Best Reaction that he could do? He has to learn so many things in his life. I suggest him to be friendly in most of the postings. Everyone can argue and it is legitimate, but I do not need to say anyone that he/she should be polite in nature, not Rude in nature.
I do not have to attack anyone in this public forum, unless someone wants to be attacked and revealed the undesirable truth. As concern of Law suit, it is fine, I have not done any illigal act which harms anyone's prestige and precise standing in a society.

You can not twist my saying to influence to the innocent readers in this sajha.com. Please read your "First" Posting in this thread. What do you want to say to the poeple who concern their safety while he/she wants to visit his/her parents back in Nepal?
Do you have to spell about the "Green Card"? Do you have to say that thousands of people are living in Kathmandu? I have mentioned one incident which you do not even know happened a few days ago in which incident a local leader of NC was killed by using a gun with silencer.
I suggest you to be friendly in this net in each and every posting. It is not a matter of like and dislike. It is matter of concern of someone's safety in Kathmandu. It is matter of travelling someone in Nepal to visit his/her parents. So, you can not twist any thing. Be sure, you are in a good place.

Accusations such as this is not encouraged since it deals with personal issues which are better solved between the people involved, in a court of law or in Jerry Springer show. Also, please note that this is not an accusation of actually "raping" someone, it's merely an accusation of "planning to rape" someone.
We are aware that in a circle of friends one can easily say "I'll kill him" or something of that sort. It does not hold much water if, after years and years you come back and accuse an ex-friend of 'planning to kill' someone for saying that.
That's my personal thought.

I thought This GBNC.org suppose to be a Nepalese Global Community (Since they have named themselves “Sajha”) but it looks like this is some kind of Private Community which homes so called self proclaimed "superior beings” which consists of some Harvard Graduates and handful of stinking dot & dots journalists. Everyone have their right to express themselves and the expression might hurt someone personally which might not be ethical but one doesn’t have any right to gave a threat to anyone in this so called “Sajhapur” and if the webmaster decides to delete the thread just because of that and those so called “bright blinking stars of Nepal Aama” then I don't have anything but to say "U suck, so does your website and please change the domain name, if you decide to do so.

MP if you think, I'm wrong in this case then you don't know what case I'm trying to solve here. One can always express their thought about certain things, but it doesn't means that everything have to be in one's way. This is the problem down here in Sajha. Who ever creates a thread or leads one, he/she becomes so offensive and they start to take it , as if they owns the thread, in which you are also an example. Take it easy, there are thousands of silent readers here in Sajha and they can understand the drama thats been playing in this sajhapur.

Sanji has correctly pointed out that accusation is “planning to rape” not “actual raping” as complained by Ashuji. Yes, seriousness of the “crime” is at different level for these two types. However, I think even accusation of “planning to rape” is a serious matter, which assassinates personal character and therefore should not be dismissed in such a way. If MP and Ashu agree that they are acceptable within friends then it is up to them.

Yes, I do need an introduction of him/her in this PUBLIC forum so that, if I wish, I can plan legally appropiate actions against him or her for trying to defame me with all these cooked-up charges.
And yes, once I know the name, I can be as tenacious and as relentless as a bulldog . . . for years and years and years if I have to, to seek justice.
The issue of rape is NOT a light matter to be huled at innocent people just because you are pissed off at them.
Meantime, I have had "pivate email mail" sort of conversation with San, and have decided to let these postings be where they are TO SHOW ALL OF YOU the sheer depravity that I -- as a known, identifiable poster -- am up against and remain

I guess you don't know that sajha.com and gbnc.org are two different entities. Sajha.com is a privately owned community site which is providing web services for gbnc.org. As you said it is some kind of a Private Community, which is home for not only the so called "superior beings" as you have said but a SAJHA community for all Nepali from anywhere in the world.

If God has done injustice to you, go to the court. The lawyers might be able to help you. If people have done injustice to you, the court will be able to help you better. I do not understand why you are so jealous of people who have gone to Harvard. True, their education makes them stand out from the crowd as we have seen here. But why should we be jealous? Their present status is the outcome of years of sweat they have put into education. Refute their arguments. Delving into their personal lives and making accusations based on rumors only reveals your immaturity.
I supported Ashu not because I have any personal relationship with him but because this online acquientence [with him and others who know him] has given me enough ground to believe that your charges were wrong. Please let me make MY judgement. You do not have to agree with me. Voltaire said: "I do not agree with you but I will, till death protect your right to say it." [I am sorry I could not remember the exact quote]. Agreeing and not agreeing is one thing; appreciating people's opinion is quite another. This is the reason why I did not appeal the closing of the other thread like some people have done here!
I am no longer interested in discussing the issue with you guys. I dont want to get charged with an attempted rape story after a couple of days. But one think I would like to make clear: if you are jealous with someone just because someone went to Harvard or because s/he is articulate enough to gather a mass around him/her, lock yourself in the bathroom and scream till your ribs rattle. That will probably help you overcome your inferiority complex. Or else, it is best you find a bunch of blind supporters for yourself and act smart!

(Creator of Stinking Nepal) if you have mouthful of answers, you can either answer then in multiple choice section or if you choose to write up in short essay you can do so too (as if it pleases you in anyway). No one is here to stop you from discussing the issues but if you choose to cease-fire then you better keep your fingers off from commenting on Dr.Fakir anymore. Even thou Dr.Fakir don’t want you to stop creeping like a baby but still advises you to take a deep breath and try to find yourself first and then start thinking about others. Since you being an economist and a having a great knowledge of productivity, Dr.Fakir believes that you know where, when and how to use them.
