Among the links provided, the following caught my attention. Wonder
if the "writer" Bimal Koirala is the person who is our current
artha-sachib? I shall be ashamed if he is.

Isn't it sad that in our country, people from his majesty the
Queen to small time journalists all are accused of the same
practice: plagiarism?

Plagiarism without hesitation

We are surprised to see the article "E commerce : Trade benefits
and challenges" by Bimal Koirala in your paper (23 February 2000).
The article is a duplicate copy of some parts of the article
"Improving Trade Performance through Electronic Commerce" by Dr
Hiramani Ghimire, published in CAMAD Journal (Vol 2, 1 April 1999,
pp 18-36). We wonder how Mr Koirala lifted the article lock, stock
and barrel without the consent of the author or CAMAD. The article
speaks also of intellectual property rights about which,
unfortunately, the "writer" might not be aware. We hope that such
attempts will not be repeated in future.
