Disrespectful to fellow Nepalese. Sloppy and inefficient. The amount of passport renewal time is unnecessarily lengthened. Constant reminder of how typical Nepalese government office functions. One poor Nepali dude who was there from Ohio just to get his passport renewed was told, " Bholi dui bajay auunus, aja banda hunay bela bhai sakyo, bholi bholi." I was stunned.... ..
