it's not her giving u the loan it's the bank, it depends upon your credit and whole lot of things but guess what there are tricks, the bank she is working is wells fargo and beleive it or not when she brings file home i have seen some indians getting as low as 4 to 4.5 apr 15 yrs ,u know indians are smart they prepare themselves before they apply for loan.allright good luck man.
