Everyday there is news of layoffs. Today Sprint and AMD annouce they are laying off employee by 6 and 15% respectively. Lets talk about layoff anxiety. What is your thoughts, plan and ideas about it?

Most of lay off-s give troble to non-immigrant workers. In this case, most of Nepalese are lucky because they are able to handle most of challenges in any circumstances that is the reason most of employers like Nepali non-immigrant workers. I say, I am an engineer, but they say me, "worker". I work for them to get "Hariyo Note".
