What follows is from Ajit Baral at Martin Chautari. As discussed in earlier threads, Shankar Lamichane, who died 25 years ago, was a famous Nepali essayist/writer who was accused of being a plagiarist at the end of his life. The charges first surfaced in Roop Rekha magazine, and were thrown by someone named Kumudini. oohi ashu > > Date: Thu, 24 May 2001 11:00:00 +0530 > Reply-to: kitab@yahoogroups.com > Subject: [kitab] On Shankar Lamichane's chori > > I read Kumudini's famous letter.
