IBM's extreme blue is a great summer internship program for IT (soph,junior) and first-year MBA students.

Some skills:
Tech: C, C++, java (JMS, Security, JNDI, EJB, JDBC, JNI)
MBA: business concept innovation, market research, negotiation and possibly experienced in IP and M&A work

PS: Don't worry about using OPT time. You can use CPT (curricular practical training) which lets you work upto 12 months full time without OPT use. If your college doesn't have CPT program, then you can persuade them to initiate it.
