It was noticed that Sajhapur CIAA head Mr. Ashu called Biswo as "Biswo-Bhai", our organization SHRF has noticed it an extreme violation of Biswo's right to be treated as an equal citizen. The use "Bhai" is biased and should be avoided in future postings. SHRF condemns the mis use of "Bhai".

Hello, my colleagues at Sajha Humanrights Forum . In Nepali: Sajha Manabadhikar Manch (renamed as per recommendation of VP IS) Abbreviation: Samman. We need to sit for an urgent meeting to make a press release on the human right issue: Mr. Biswo spoiled Mr. Ashu's right of having Party without stress without spoil from third party like Mr. Biswo.
Lets come to some conclusion. These two gentlemen are volleying the ball on each others court, violating each opppnents human rights. We have to strongly condemn against such escalating violation of human rights in this Sajha.com.
Aru Pachhi!?! @ the Meeting.

Internal report after extensive head hunt for Treasurer.
Well, after an extensive head hunt in Sajhapur, I felt Sitara deserves to be Treasurer of our SAMMAN organization. Reason are as follows:
1. Her 90% postings have less than 90 alphabet characters. She can express things in such short list of alphabet, she deserves to be treasurer. Because SAMMAN President spends too much bytes, and we need someone to avoid misuse of our limited resource, and Sitara can have best management capability to the limited financial resource.
2. Her sajhapur name is SITARA, so its very difficult to catch her because she is far and also because she is not so easily caught in day time. So, the budget hungry SAMMAN executives can not misuse the account, just on their TEA as in proverb "afno pocket bhena bhane ta 20 cup chiya pani ek dina ma piune chhan, tyo national problem of Gastrick acidity ... lai pani parbah nagari: sittiee paye 3 pathi chuk khane bhane jhai.". Sitara is best to slap on those who want SAMMAN ko budget me 20 cup-T
3. Sitara is a beautiful lady, when she say NO to the unwanted expenditure battishai daat dekheyera, no one can make hue and cry over her BIG NO. (sexual harassment ko issue aula yo 3rd number ko karan le tyasai le yaslai internal use ko lagi matra prayog garne, hai yo reasoning lai public nagarnu hola. Dear Treasurer Ms. Sitara,
Thank you verymuch for your "innagurating" report on our account, and the points where can minimize the costs "mitabyaita". I recommend all the SAMMAN members to seriously consider her report on "mitbyaita", it is very important for our survival. Please remember that we are not yet affiliated to any international "dollar donor agencies" human right organizations. Till then, don't make any plan to attend any protest campaigns abroad, we don't have fund to support your participation in the campaigns.
Meanwhile, "Ashu" and "Biswo" are stil indulging in violating each others human rights, through "human wrongs". I think the phrase coined by Sitara (I guess so) "HUMAN WRONGS" should be our trademark. "Working towards minimizing HUMAN WRONGS".
