use himtel is better, you can not call their 800 number in dasain. there circuites are busy all the time

I am also surprised at the use of 'gbnc bod' signature here.
Rajuji, people like me really follow gbnc's official suggestion seriously. If Sitaulajis
are sponsoring gbnc programmes, or providing any other kinds of financial
assistance, I will very likely use their card.
Otherwise, the use of signature involving 'gbnc bod', as Diwasji said, looks
inappropriate.

I completely agree with Biswo and others. I think Raju Pradhan set a bad precedent and he should give explanation of his decision.
