More than 100,000 (hundred thousand) Bhutanese refuses were expelled and then came to Nepal via indian territory. Eleven rounds of Ministerial level talks have been carried out so far to repatriate the refugees. Only 12 thousand refugees have been verified as refugees but the Bhutanese government has not shown the concern to agree on the repatriation of even those refugees. Aid workers themselves are involved in sexual abuse in refugee camps housing those Bhutanese refuges. How did this become a problem? Will this problem ever be solved? Who is responsible? Can Nepal Government do anything about it?
