Just read that "...all tasks to be carried out by the cabinet are first presented before the King for his approval" Nepal Samacharpatra. So that led me to think of a hypothetical question, what should the political parties do, lets say in one year, if at that time the King shows no sign of holding FREE an FAIR elections and handing back the executive powers to parliment? How much time must elapse before the King's move seems to be a grab for power and not in the "interests of the nation". Finally, if elections aren't held, what should concerned, but as yet uninvolved (or to coin a phrase used by one Sajhaite, those who haven't put themselves in harms way) Nepalis living in or out of Nepal do??????
