AIGP Thapa, first police officer to earn PHD
Additional Inspector General of Police (AIGP) Govinda Prasad Thapa has earned a PHD from the Tribhuvan University and has written his name with golden letters in the history of police service by becoming the first police officer to have passed PHD.
