Do you trust Prachanda'S pledge not to attack on infrastructure that benefits poors?
Here is a food for thought if you really trust him:

I do not believe in Prachandda proposal.

I suppose, Maoist's communication chain is broken in some areas and situation will change within few days. It's too early to declare that a large chunk of maoists are out of Prachanda's control.

On second thought, If Maoists are really inclined for a dialogue why don't they declare truce?

Eleven injued in restaurant explosion

Eleven locals were injured Saturday when the Maoist rebels exploded a pressure cooker bomb at a restaurant in Saibu VDC of Lalitpur district, some three kilometers south of the ring road, police said.

A group of unidentified men entered the Karyabinayak restaurant situated in Chhayasipot of Saibu and exploded a pressure cooker bomb after taking control of the man in the counter. .....

(rest of the part of the news : read it in Nepalnews.com)

------
What was the reason for injuries to these poor 11 fellows? The crime they committeed was they were in the restaurant? Is it a tactics they used to pressurize the call for valley bandhs. What happened to Prachanda's call for "not attack on common peoples?" what is the difference between this attack and attack on running bus?

Do you really think that Prachanda controls the lower level Maoists? If believe him, wake up before it gets late.

Who controls the "lower" level maoists then, Guruji ? Any idea?
Robert Frost Posted on 07-Dec-02 10:59 PM

Prachanda does control the "lower level" maoists. He is just one inhumane human being that doesn't value the life of others.

Babaal ji,

kina malai babaal ma fsaunu huncha yaaaaaaaar. Tyo Question kasai lai pani thaha chhaina. Malai chai k thaha chha bhane Highest entropy attend hune bela bhako chha Nepal ma. You know what does highest Entropy means ? The Entropy is measure of disorder, if Maoists are now close to maximum entropy, then, who can control them? Now Entropy is approaching to maximum i.e. CHAIN=ORDER is broken/crumbled/scrambled, Jayhos also presented this situation as follows: "I suppose, Maoist's communication chain is broken ..." ...

What is the solution? To bring them in order = put them in proper chain. How ? Spontaneous action? It needs a lot of resource or effort to bring back to order, when a thing attains maximum disorder. So, it will need another 8 years. i.e. 2009-2010AD.
