from, People' Review According to media reports received from the Terai, a new deployment of Indian para-military forces has been noticed near Bhaisalotan in Nawalparasi district, on the Nepal-India border. They are learnt to be security personnel belonging to India's Special Bureau and are estimated as being 1,500 strong. The sudden appearance of this security force has raised questions and suspicions all around in areas of the district close to the open Nepal-India border. Since such an armed presence on the border does not happen in normal times, people have been searching for answers to the mystery. So far, the concerned authorities have provided no answers or responses.

Stupid Jawaharlal Nehru - had he accepted King Mahendra's offer, Nepal would be another Indian province (like Sikkim) and would have floruished henceforth. Look at Nepal now, second poorest beggar nation, troubled by corrupt incompetent "anguti chap" politicans, country full of leg pullers, burdened by out-dated traditions, caste-system, and now this bloody commies. Its still not too late, India should reconsider annexing Nepal and claim its rightful territory - and create the new "Mahabharat." The integration of the simple hillybilly Nepal and its citizens would compliment India in its own unique way. I think Nepalis would assimilate just fine.

It's better to join India anyways. Nepal has no history, no resources, no nothing. We are India's bitch. Buddha is a North Indian prince, he ain't no Nepali. Without Buddha, we have nothing.

anand and bhedo, have you heard that song,'another day in paradise'? what do you get out of inflicting so much pain in random hearts by your piercing words? if you hate us nepalis that much, feel like demeaning us ever so often, why don't you just leave us with our own woes? haven't you stooped this low twice too many times already? does the recitation of india's history itself, that of east-india company annexing india to the British Empire not hurt every patriotic Indian's virtues? had it not been for Mahatma Gandhi and his vision, your country would today be known as part of the British Empire. yes, had it not been for him instilling patriotism in the few leaders who've managed to put your country's neck above water till now, your country would be in no less turmoil than Nepal cos it is a well known fact that india is mired with hypocritic, double standard, corrupted, nepotic politicians, a thousand times more than is the situation in Nepal. No offence whatsoever to peace loving indian brothers and sisters.

King Gyanendra should give Nepal to India as a gift. Why're we so concerned about our independence, when Nepal is one of the poorest countries in the world? If we join India, we'll be doing much better. Our highcaste bahun and chettri politicians are corrupt, and to top it all our people are lazy, many of whose sole aspiration in life is to work as a Gate-paly in India . If we join India, nothing will change, except that India will be governing us.

Johnny-Doe: That's not the right thing to say, brother. Independence means a lot. We may be poor, but have a lot of resources to enrich the country and people once stability and peace come in there.Problem is Nepal will never allow peace to come back in Nepal. But you are right about one thing: Corruption is rampant.

to Anand Agrawal: For your information, King Mahendra never offered Nepal to Jawahar Lal Nehru. Also don't be proud for mentioning Sikkim as a state of India. Sikkim was attacked by the Indian army at mid-night when all the peace loving people were deep in their sleep. India betrayed the friendship that it had with Sikkim. Does betraying fascinate you?? If yes, then you are a shame to humanity. to bhedo: Nepal does have a history of its own. Nepal also has many resources but they are not being used properly- if that's what you wanted to know. Buddha was never a north Indian prince. If you are talking about the north India mentioned in the ancient history books then let me remind you- at the time when Buddha lived, India was not a whole nation but split into pieces. Also north India means northern part of the Indian peninsula in the ancient times. to johnny_doe: Ethiopia is the world's poorest nation. But they never talk of being a state of South Africa or Nigeria or other neighbors. Then why is it that you talk of joining India?? Youo say that our high caste bahun and chhetri politicians are corrupt. What do you think Indian politicians are like?? Tell me just one good thing about Indian politicians. Many Nepali people work as gate-paley in India according to you. But remember the word-"many". Not all Nepali work in India. Only certain number of people work there and that is because they do not have enough education to get job in Nepal. If you really want to talk about paley then there are many opportunities of being a paley in Nepal too. It's just that they don't want to work in Nepal because they fear to be seen by their known ones and be humiliated by people and relatives like you- who make fun of occupations and jobs of others. What do you expect a person without an education to do- be an officer or an engineer or a doctor? and yes......about the independence. We as Nepali should be worried about our independence. Why do you think we fought the British for? If you really think independence is not important, then why do you think Gandhi and other Indian leaders fought against the British? Didn't they like to be independent? In the same manner we Nepali also like to be independent. Independent my friend is a great gift to ourselves. and also independent is not the only thing- Sovereignity is also another factor to be considered.

MicktheSick: apologize, it wasn't King Mahendra, rather it was Tribhuwan. I stand corrected. Look at Sikkim, it has been very prosperous ever since its integration with the Indian Nation. I would rather be happy being part of India, then be f@#ked up continuously by the dumb politicians of Nepal Congress and UML. Nepal has no future, Nepal has no pride, as the nation is constantly begging for aid. Being a Nepal holds no pride.

Well said mickthesick, But the sad thing is, this fag Anand Agrawal will always be in denial of India being just another third world nation. I tried going your route, educating this ignorant fool but he just likes to feel good about himself cause nobody likes him in real life I guess. He needs some hug from Chakkas in Bombay for real. haha On the real though, I would gladly accept Bhedo denouncing his Nepali Citizenship for Indian... Anand Agrawal acts like Indian politicians ain't currupt. And you yourself said Nepalese politicians are exports of India.. where do you think Nepali politicians learn their currupt ways from? Y'all actin' like Nepal can't survive without India man. Get the F*** outta here man. All Nepal needs is better government body.. improve transportation and educate the young heads.. and the sucess will just snowball itself.. If Nepal had better resorts.. it will mos definitely become the Tourism capital of the world. Word Up!! I've said this before and I'm a say it again. INDIA WILL SEPARATE VERY SOON.. better recognize this shit. Yes Nepalese people do work in India.. which is shameful in my opinion.. I'd prefer Nepali workers working elsewhere. But if India was so great.. I see no reason for Indians to reside overseas.. and Yo A.Agrawal.. Indians are the STINKIEST people in the world man.. try sitting with one of them for 15 minutes without feeling the urge to throw up. haha you funny lil f*ck. Whatever though.. Know I mean?? It's like reading a fairytale to a bear.. These people refuse to see the light. A wise man once told me "Never Argue With Fools, They Scorn The Wisdom Out Your Words".. so I'm a just sit back and watch this little Agrawal dude make himself look more arogant. Respect!
