You all know that we the Nepali loves our country more than we do to our lives but one thing that why you always wann to leave your coutry alone and go out of country like America, England, whatever. You all thing that other coutry is better in everything than our country do but why you always think that one thing that you will know after you came here and got to have a lot of struggle to have one small thing. So I will suggest you that don't ever try to leave your country Nepal, if you can do a lot of struggle to other country to got a little things then why don't you try to do this thing in your own country, why not.

Good question BalleyBhai.
We need a thesis paper to answer your question. All of us who left our beloved country has one story to tell. Different people left for different reasons. We can't lump sum all the story in one.
As of me, I did not leave just for green pasture. I left mainly for enhancing my knowledge and contribute back to my nation. That's what I am doing.
Brain Drain has lots of advantages too you know. Most of the big research institutes in Indian, China, Israel are run by ex-patriate of that country. How do you think they would get the know how to open a Bhaba Research Center? How do you think Israel can compete with US in technologies?
If I run a company in Nepal by staying out of the country and employ hundreds of people, who in turn can become entrepreuner themselves, then is that a bad brain drain?
I don't think so.
Indian economy is sustained by NRI and was rescued by them 6 years back.
Nepal had $940 million remittance from NRN last year. That is what helping to sustain the Nepal economy, is that a bad deal?
Not really.
