HiAl,

I need to get my H-1B stamped in Canada. Does anybody know what are the required documents I need to take? Any preference on which consular office is pretty flexible on issuing visas. I would appreciate any ideas on this matter.

Regards,

Ryan.

Things should be easy anywhere in Canada. I went for H1B stamping in Juarez, Mexico in August and it was very very smooth. Unfortunately, Juarez is out of bounds now. Just make sure you take your US diplomas (they look at that), your company referrel letters and you'll be OK. If possible, ask your immediate boss to write a letter supporting your desired visa. I think if you have a US degree, you'll be perfectly safe!

Go to www.murthy.com for a list of documents required. Best of luck !

I also did my stamping at Jurez Mexico three years back, it was very easy that time. I remember one thing. the lady who interviewed us (me and my wife) asked us h1b supplement I did not have it, so I called my lawyer and he faxed it to the counsular. after that she stamped
other things pay stub, college transcript, job offer letter, will recomended. Don't forget I 797.
