is this for real? garib janta lai udar gareko hola ni ta sarkar le! or was the chocolate poisoned? did someone eat the chocolate?

Yes! It's real.
I saw a picture in yesterday's Space Time Newspaper where young children were squatting on the road and were frantically searching for toffees; and below the pic was the caption: Chocolate drops from heaven:Young boys collect chocolates showered from a chopper at the New Road Festival, organised on the occasion of the 32nd birthday of Crown Prince Paras .
