I have a VCD with good Nepali Lok Geet Music Video. I can play them in the Windows Media Player. I want to put them on the web one by one. How can I convert AVESEQ.DAT files playable like MP3 songs play on the websites?

harris, sometimes you can simply rename the *.dat files into *.avi or *.mpg to get it to work.
I am not sure what you are asking tho. Did you want to convert your VIDEO files into AUDIO file? ie. you asked to convert to MP3...
