Can't an adult carry a child just because he is a PM??? Isn't there any other human relationship other than just raja and praja????

Another interesting picture! Actually, this is an old Nepali royal tradition. The prime minister carries the new born crown prince during the nwaran ceremony. I think it was Prime Minister Kirtinidhi Bista who carried Dipendra during his rice feeding ceremony. I think it was either Judda Shumsher or Padma Shumsher who carried Birendra.
