YES.
The govt is total failure this time again.
Mr Poudel said something and retracted immediately. The same thing
he said was transmitted all over the world. Why the hell was
he saying those things, if he didn't know the gravity of what
he was saying?
The govt failed to make stuffs transparent. They didn't even
give people any chance to lay wreathe at the person they admired,
and was brutally killed in his late life.
And finally, the govt is messing up with people's right by
ordering them to shave. They probably didn't have to order but
they did, just to tell people that the nature of their govt is
not democratic.
