cell phone use as well as pulling nasal hair should be banned while driving.
I was driving the other day, picking my nose and savoring the drive (like a typical drivver)....all of a sudden I noticed a hair sticking out of my nostril then I had a strong urge to pull it out as always. I pulled it. And it was out. However it was so painful...it made my eyes watery so I had to close my eyes and wipe the tear. I do it in a faction of a second but this time it was not short enough. I banged the car in the front in this fraction of a second but thankfully it was at a slow speed...no major damage to the cars or any injuries.
Hence, picking nose or pulling nasal hair while driving must be baned per my personal experience.
