DVD pirates taunt Taiwanese minister A Taiwanese minister has vowed to crack down on DVD piracy after being taunted on the pirate copy of the latest James Bond movie. Justice minister Chen Ding-nan was outraged by a message on some fake copies of Die Another Day that said "Come and catch me, Chen Ding-nan". Mr Chen responded: "This is an open challenge to government authority. If you have guts, don't run away." Piracy is rife in Taiwan, and is estimated to cost US companies alone $300m (£187m) per year. |

Britney's romance mystery Mystery surrounds pop star Britney Spears' love life after contradictory reports in papers in the US and UK. The New York Post claims she was spotted with ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake at a Hollywood party "kissing and holding hands". But UK tabloids claim she has been seen with Fred Durst, lead singer with rock band Limp Bizkit. Durst wrote on his band's website: "Believe me, I have never felt this way." |
